KANGL INC. · LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 3, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms apply to Kangl Inc.'s website at kangl.dev and its hosted security control plane at app.kangl.dev. By accepting these terms when creating a subscription, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly overrides these terms.

1. The service

Kangl coordinates supported source platforms and security providers. Features depend on your plan, configuration, provider permissions and technical qualification. Catalog or inventory availability does not mean scanning or enforcement is enabled. Inventory is not proof of a successful scan, clean findings or protected posture. Product screenshots and sample metrics illustrate the interface; they are not evidence about your environment.

You remain responsible for reviewing findings, configuring your systems and making security decisions. Kangl does not guarantee detection of every vulnerability, uninterrupted availability, or a particular compliance result. No certification, regulated-data agreement or service-level commitment is implied; any such commitment requires a separate written agreement.

2. Accounts and authorized use

The service is intended for business use by adults with authority to manage the connected resources. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and grant access only to authorized users. You may connect only systems and data you have permission to use. Do not bypass access controls, probe another customer's workspace, transmit malware, abuse the service, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

3. Trials, subscriptions and payments

Self-service plans offer a seven-day trial with a payment method required. The selected plan, price, currency, billing interval and trial end are shown in the subscription flow and Stripe Checkout. Prices are in USD; annual plans charge the annual total, rather than the displayed monthly equivalent. Any applicable tax is disclosed in the purchase flow.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the selected subscription price when the trial ends. Your subscription then renews automatically and is charged each month or year, according to the interval you selected, until canceled. By completing Checkout, you authorize these recurring charges. Confirm the price and dates in Checkout before completing it. An unsuccessful payment may limit or suspend workspace access.

Stripe processes payment details on its hosted pages. Kangl does not collect full card numbers or card security codes through its application. Enterprise pricing, promotions and additional paid services apply only when specifically disclosed and accepted. Existing provider, cloud and AI account charges are separate from your Kangl subscription.

4. Cancellation, refunds and delivery

You can stop automatic renewal through Settings → Billing and the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. A cancellation during a paid period normally stops renewal at that period's end; the portal shows the effective date. If you cannot access the portal, email [email protected] for cancellation assistance.

Kangl is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped. Workspace setup follows verified Checkout and email activation. Provider access and qualified controls require additional configuration. Contact support if paid access is not delivered or if a charge is incorrect or duplicated. Refund requests are reviewed individually; cancellation does not automatically issue a refund or prorate unused time. Refunds required by applicable law remain available. Any agreed refund is returned through the original payment processor.

Workspace deletion is separate from cancellation and may permanently remove customer data. Use the explicit deletion workflow only after exporting information you need. Billing or legal records may be retained as explained in our Privacy Notice.

5. Your data and third-party services

You retain rights to your data. You authorize Kangl to process it as needed to provide and secure the service, follow your configuration, and meet legal obligations. You are responsible for obtaining required permissions and notices for the data you provide. The Privacy Notice explains personal-information handling.

Connected providers and infrastructure services have their own terms and availability. Enable integrations and AI features only after reviewing their data handling. Do not submit regulated health data or other restricted information without a separately agreed, approved deployment and data-processing arrangement.

6. Service changes and suspension

We may maintain or change the service, and may restrict access for nonpayment, misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Material subscription-price changes will be disclosed before a future renewal; a signed agreement may specify different change terms. We will communicate material changes to these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
